You can insert clip art or photos, or other graphic file, into a web page.  The graphic file must be on your PC's hard drive before you start this process.

For some time, I have been writing help files for the editors of my web sites.  These files are intended to provide guidance in how to do the typical things that must be done to add and edit content on web sites that are Drupal based, and are meant for the non-technical, but computer skilled, site maintainers.  I try to assume that they are fluent in using WYSIWYG editors, probably Microsoft Word, but not skilled in things like HTML or CSS.  Yet they are trying to maintain the web site and need help in bridging this skill gap.  The help files are intended to br
